Sorry I Haven't Posted In A While.

There's been a lot going on latley,
I haven't really gotten around to posting as much as I would like too.


I've been adding up some random beauty tips for you guys, and here they are!

Skin Tips for Oily-Skin:
- don't use alcohol based cleansers, this can dry out your skin
- for cleansers it is actually better to use an oil-based cleanser, just because you wash it off. this won't add more oil to your face.
- always use gel cleansers before a milk cleanser
- wash your face at night, and in the morning aswell because of the excess oil
- moisturize day and night with an oil free moisurizer
- wear sunscreen with an spf 15
- you can exfoliate 3x a week
- drink lots and lots of water! (2 litres/day)
- avoid liquid foundation
- use blotting paper throughout the day

Acne/Breakout Tips:
- don't pick/pop/scratch your pimples, your fingers are dirty and can cause more bacteria to get into the infected pore.
- avoid scented soaps
- use alcohol free cleansers
- be consistent with your skincare routine
- drink lots of water!
- watch for expirary dates on makeup and cleansers and other face products
- try to keep your stress level down, the best way to do this is to be active!

Acne Tips during Puberty:
- wash face twice daily with mild acne medicated soap
- don't scrub your face, but rub in a circular motion
- get some over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide and use that as your moisturizor
- try not to touch your face, santize a lot!!!!
- get yourself a spray bottle from the dollar store, get some rubbing alcohol, and sanitize EVERYTHING. whatever is going to go near your face, spray it first!!
- if you have body acne, don't wear tight clothes around the infected area, this makes the skin not be able to breathe
- remove all your makeup before you go to bed
- keep your hair clean, and when you are having a lazy day, keep it out of your face!
- protect your skin from the sun with sunscreen or a face moistureizor with spf in it(this also keeps wrinkles away!)


Nail Tips:
- drink lots of water!!
- increase daily doses of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Calcium, Folic Acid, Protein, and Zinc


And here are some homemade beauty recipes you can make in your own home!

For Wrinkles!!!:
- mash 1/4 of a banana until a cream like consistency, rub all over face and leave for 15-20 minutes, rinse with warm water, then cold and pat dry

Apple Zinger Facial Mask(Great for OILY SKIN):
1 medium sized apple (grated fine)
5 tbs of honey

mix together and rub onto your face, leave for 10 minutes, rinse with cool water & pat dry

Smooth&Healthy Skin Shake!:
- combine fresh veggies such as cucumber, celery, kale, parsley, spinach, and apple into a juicer
- add lemon & ginger for a yummy zing!
